Blood from ear, pimple like thing, swollen? What to do.?

I got a pimple like thing on my outer ear, just before the ear canal. It is sore if i touch it, i found what looked like dried blood near it, in the ear canal, not sure if that was from picking the pimple like thing on my earn, clear liquide comes out if i pick at at. What do i need to do?
