Serious post bikini wax problem?

I was playing soccer with some friends and cousins, and my cousin popped me right in the nose with his elbow. It started bleeding bad, but i got that under control. How do i know if nose is broken? I can scrunch up my noise, breath through both nostrils, and it doesn't hurt to bad just when i touch the top of it, but on a scale of 1-10 the pain is maybe a 3. Swollen Lymphnode and Sore Scalp??? Can anyone help?

I've had a headache for about 6 days now and I've never had one for that long before. Yesterday I noticed my scalp was extremely sore out of nowhere, and it hurt to brush my hair and put it up for work. Then tonight, on top of the weird sore scalp and headaches, I noticed a weird little painful bump up by the top of my jaw by my ear which my friend says is a swollen lymphnode. I've had allergies most of my life but they have never caused this before so I'm not sure if they're really connected. I live in one of the worst cities for allergies so it wouldn't surprise me. RHEUMATOLOGY-Help to lower 9yr. old's ASO level?

My 9 yr. old has had an ASO level of 425, brought down only to 335 after 5 months straight of penicillin. Any rheumatologist out there have any suggestions? He has been screened for rheumatic fever and cleared by a cardiologist. He occasionally has pain and weakness in his knees. Visually, they are not swollen. He has also been on daily Naprosin (sp?) since his diagnosis of juvenile arthritis last November.

Left Ovary pain for a week?

Last week I started getting crampy pain in my left ovary area. I checked my calendar, and it was right around ovulation, so I didn't think anymore about it. It has now been a week since the left ovary pain started. It started as a crampy feeling, then was hurting just walking around. Now I have notice that it doesn't always hurt, but I can feel it there if that makes sense. Also, if I'm laying on my back I can feel that it is still bothering me. And if I press around in that area it is tender to the touch. I am aware of ovulation pain which I have had in the past, but never for this long as it has now been a week. Is this something I should be concerned with? I read it could be ectopic pregnancy symptom but it seems the symptoms would be too early as I was only ovulating last week when the crampiness and then pain started. I have a call in to my Dr but just wanted to check with others who may have experienced the same. Feels almost like my ovary must be swollen and tender or something but I don't know why it would be. -i have been wanting to buy a telescope for years now and now that i have come to some dough i want to buy a telescope. i wanna spend less than 1,000--in the high 800-900 dollar range. but what confuses me is what is the main difference--pros and cons--between a 'classic dobson' and 'a intelliscope dobson' and a 'tuss tube dobson' and well, you get the point. i wanna do astrophotography but i am mostly interested at just looking so if i have to lose astrophotography for better viewing capabilities then i will suffer. so any help is greatly apreciated!!!!thanx!!

Can i use 2 different amps for 4 door speakers?

alright so i have an mtx x702 AB amp in my truck right now running my door speakers. Im getting rid of my truck and getting an suv where i will be buying all new door speakers-2 sets of xtr 62's which are 6.5" components. My question is should i buy an orion xtr 2502 which gives 70 watts at 4 ohms to two channels to run one set of components and use the other amp which also supplies 70 watts at 4 ohms to run the other set of components , which would be 60 dollars cheaper or should i just buy at orion Xtr 2504 which supplies 50 watts to 4 channels at 4 ohms and just not use the other amp? i was just curious if i used to different amps if the music would sound messed up even though it the same power... and also the speakers are 60 watts rms so i would either be going over that 10 watts or underpowering them 10 watts.

Julian Cassius would be really great I think. While I love Roman names like Julian, Julius, Cassius, Lucis, etc, other people may not pronounce them correctly. Alaric is great but I think people would try to call him Al and the name is too good to have a nickname like Al. I like Cassius but not with Orion (it gives a little bit of a fantasy character name). Advice on swollen gauged ear?

so yesterday i went from 2g to 0g and all day they hurt...i didn't think much of it because thats the worst stretch. they were also red and swollen but again i didnt think much of it. well this morning i decided to take them out and they were bleeding a lot. so i cleaned most of it out, got a shower and cleaned more out. i ran a couple q-tips through each ear with some alcohol on it to clean more. i put my 2s back in so that they would not close up to much. They are still swollen and red and i was wondering how long its going to be until they go down in size and if there is anything i can do to help it heal faster?

I was out with my Orion Spaceprobe 130ST telescope last night around 2:30 a.m. and I was looking for the Dumbbell Nebula. I was looking in the right area and found I really dim, small fuzzy patch. (Don't get my wrong, I'm not expecting color or Hubble images, but I am pretty sure that the Dumbbell Nebula is at least supposed to be a bright nebula that has a somewhat bow-tie shape to it) Is there anything that I may have found by accident instead, or is what I saw really it? Is my telescope too small to gather enough light from it to even form the shape?

Swollen lump, hurts really bad?

There is a swollen lump in the crease of where my thigh and vagina meet. It's very painful, and I have no idea what it is. I've looked up possible diagnoses online, the only things I could find that come close to it was a cyst. The only difference is that all there stories have a happy ending about taking a 30 minute hot bath, have a head develop on it, and popping it. Well when I took a thirty minute bath in hot water, it just got even more sore and tender. It used to not hurt as bad, but it's getting to the point where I have to walk with my legs spread apart a little, and I have to sit with my legs spread out. I can't wear pants , i have to wear loose soffe shorts. and the underwear rubs against it, it's so painful:( I'm not sexually active, but I do shave down there. Usually ingrown hairs go away. The lump is about as thick as a soda bottle cap, and as long as the three keys top to bottom on the number keypad, like, numbers 7,4,and1. It really hurts and I want someone to help me find out what it is. I told my mom but my mom refuses to think there's anything wrong with me :P so of course she's not going to take me to the doctor

Trying to get info about a knee injury i have?

I have a knee injury that has me confused. I am considering going to the doctor to have it looked it, but I want to make sure it is worth the trip (I hate going to the doctor for nothing). I play softball, and my knee only hurts minimally while I play. It's the next day that I experience a lot of pain. The day after a game, I have very limited flexibility in my knee. The pain is in my right knee, towards the outside of my leg. From what I have looked up, the pain seems to be in the general area of the lateral collateral ligament. I do not think it is an injury to the ligament, as I experienced no "pop", no swelling, no immediate trauma to the area. I have no issue bearing weight on the injured leg, but when it is in a bent position, I can not push off (i.e. climbing/descending the stairs). Some movements that most noticeable hurt seem to be when I try to remove my foot from my shoe, or when I try to lift my foot from the gas pedal to the brake while driving. Any insight would help, thank you.

I'm a cartoonist and I have spent the past year creating an original cartoon. The comic is a comedy and is sort of like a darker version of Adventure Time. But that is where the problem comes in, is the brief description I gave a bit TOO similar to shows like Adventure Time or Regular Show? He told me I Need to get a Chest Xray of my Lungs and Heart taken immediately that on his Xray he is not sure what it is But there is a Mass the size of a Softball Where my Neck Joins My body He does not Know if it is the Lungs or Heart. But it is a Cloudy Mass. I called my Clinic and I find out the person I been seeing there can NOT Do this type of procedure because He is a P. A.C. Not a doctor. Tough choice between books or telescopes?

If you have not already, I would encourage you to read some of Carl Sagan's books, or even watch his Cosmos tv series (It's all on Hulu). Watching that and reading some of his books, Pale Blue Dot especially, really got me intrigued about the universe and our place in it. I would watch Cosmos and then invest in a good telescope. I'm in just the opposite situation myself; I've recently wanted to delve deeper into philosophy, maybe read some of the classics you mentioned. But yes, Richard Dawkins is great too. He's a biologist, but he has a lot of great books about evolution, religion, and lots of interesting things. But for astronomy, I would strongly suggest Dr. Sagan and a telescope to get you started.

For 3 years I have several panic attacks , I had too much stress and anxiety. As far as the 12 inch Kicker Comp CVRs go they're pretty responsive i listen to everything from country, rock, metal, dubstep, techno, rap ect.. so they'll play your double bass and if your long deep bass with music like young jeezy for example. Discomfort and pressure in my stomach during pregnancy? (someone please help.)?

Last time I mentioned this on Y!A I was told to go to the hospital which I think is stupid. I'm having mild cramps through out the day (every day) slight occasional pain a few times a week (nothing severe or long lasting) and no bleeding. But my lower abdomen feels... heavy almost, there's a lot of weird pressure and its very uncomfortable. This is my first pregnancy and I am just about 12 weeks along. I'm confused as to what's going on, my friends who've been pregnant usually haven't experienced this when they were in their early stages of pregnancy, also I'm not gaining too much weight but I'm showing a lot more than I should be, I look about 20+ weeks along, my baby book says constipation makes bowels swell and makes your stomach bigger...? Quick fyi I've had an ultra sound and everything is great they could see the heart beat and my hcg leves are super high, id just like someone to make sense of all the pressure and discomfort.

Swollen Belly Button Lump PAINN!!?

I got punched in the stomach the other day pretty lightly by a buddy, ever since I've had what feels like a killer bruised area at the top part of my belly button.. when i push down i can feel a hard bump and it shoots pain in that general area... really irritating everytime i goto sit down i can feel it, everytime i stand up, everytime i roll over in bed it wakes me up.. if i keep messing with it and pushing on it it starts to feel really achy and sore for like 10-15 min .. i dont feel like going to sit in the lineup at the doctors for 6 hours so if someone can tell me what the hells going on that would be nice... i dont feel sick or anything i feel fine just annoyed and impaired lol..

I have just had my 6 month old female husky spayed and she has suddenly gone from being sweet and quite submissive to a bit of a hot-head. It's been almost 2 weeks since her operation and she isn't fully healed (although she is acting like it by running around all the time!), so I understand she may be feeling vulnerable. She never directs this anger toward me or my boyfriend, however has begun directing it at her brother (he has also been fixed so it's not down to him trying to have sex with her or anything). They had a fight today over absolutely nothing and I tried as hard as I could to separate them but she just kept launching at him every time I got her away. She eventually got mad with me trying to intervene and as she was trying to get at him, she bit my leg and it is now a bit bruised and swollen (before anyone says anything, I realise this was my own fault but it was getting out of hand. I had no choice!). Is it normal for them to behave like this when they have had this kind of operation? This really scared me and I had a bit of a panic attack afterwards because it has never took me so long to get them apart before. They usually stop as soon as I tell them to but this time they ignored me and just carried on. She has done this about 4 times since her operation, and every single time I have seen no clear reason for it (i.e. fighting for possession of food, toys etc). She just starts the fight and even when he is willing to back off, she won't stop and doesn't care if we are in the way.

Left ovary pain for a week?

Last week I started getting crampy pain in my left ovary area. I checked my calendar, and it was right around ovulation, so I didn't think anymore about it. It has now been a week since the left ovary pain started. It started as a crampy feeling, then was hurting just walking around. Now I have notice that it doesn't always hurt, but I can feel it there if that makes sense. Also, if I'm laying on my back I can feel that it is still bothering me. And if I press around in that area it is tender to the touch. I am aware of ovulation pain which I have had in the past, but never for this long as it has now been a week. Is this something I should be concerned with? I read it could be ectopic pregnancy symptom but it seems the symptoms would be too early as I was only ovulating last week when the crampiness and then pain started. I have a call in to my Dr but just wanted to check with others who may have experienced the same. Feels almost like my ovary must be swollen and tender or something but I don't know why it would be. Knee injury diagnosis help..?

I was at a tournament this past weekend and landed wrong in volleyball causing my knee to completely give out. I have not had any previous knee or ankle injuries before and am 16 years old. I cant walk on it because it feels like it will constantly give out on me. There is mild swelling at the top of my knee, but it isn't very painful. It is not sore if I poke my knee or apply pressure to it. I just feel a lot of pressure in my knee when I try to stand on it. I feel more pain if I straighten my knee all of the way or bend it more than slightly, yet that pain is still very mild. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, but any ideas on what could possibly be the problem?

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex in the beginning of May, and I had a period in late May but it came on a few days early and lasted almost 6 days! It usually only last 3. Sooo I twisted my ankle...?

I just need some advice from people that have fallen/gotten sprains a lot or just from any professional. So I thought I would try to learn how to skateboard this summer... yeah... so I fell in some weird position and my ankle and calf have been killing me. My personal recommendation is a good book (NightWatch by Terence Dickinson is my favourite) and a membership in an astronomy club. I got a shot in my butt and was sent home with a few different medications and I felt better in a few days time. Not every person who is allergic to bee stings get all puffy and swollen. Im a 23 yr old female. For the last 15 years I have suffered from stress hives. I found out last year that im allergic to fire ants after my face, neck, tongue and throat swell up. I just recently got bit again and was taken to the ER. What is this knot under my chin?

There is this knot under my chin on the inside of my skin. I don't know what it is. I had it before about a month ago for about 3 weeks. I went to the hospital because my tonsils were severily swollen and had to be removed. A week after the surgery, I had to go back because of a blood clot and had the procedure done again. After this second surgery, I noticed the knot under my chin was gone. Two weeks later, I went and worked out and the knot under my chin is back. Fuzzy TV, the rest is ok?

this morning i woke up to find my tv all fuzzy and only my TV. All the other TVs in the house work properly. I've checked the wiring and everything is ok. Installation is correct and no chewed up wires. My TV is about 13' and its an Orion brand and its those old box TVs...it has always worked fine until just this morning. I do have Dish Network cable company and have not tried calling them yet. Anyone know any suggestions?

Small red blood blister on heel?

I have had a small little lump on the inside of my heel, a couple if days ago it looked like dry skin so I used a heel file on it and now it looks like I irritated it as it us red all around it and a bit swollen, it only hurts when I walk slot. What could it be?

Strange lump in throat?

Last year I noticed a lump on my neck underneath my jaw bone while I was sick. Someone said it was probably just a very swollen gland so I didn't worry about it. It never actually went away, but recently it has grown a lot larger and is very visible. It's slightly firm to the touch and there is no pain. Any ideas as to what this is or how serious it could be?

Knee pain and need help? ?

I was palying soccer and i was running for the ball. I reached the ball and i pulled it to me, then after i placed my foot on ther ground putting weight on it, my knee cracked i felt as if it mooved with instant pain in the back right side of the knee. I was able to walk and it did not swell instantly. The day after my knee was really swollen and it hurt in the back right side of the knee when i bent it and it also seemed unstable when i stepped. I went to the doctor to get it checked and they told me it wasnt a ligament but i dont know what it is.

How to raise ohm/watts/power on my amplifier by wiring options?

Looked at the stuff, and,truthfully, this is just a bad combination. But, what you do is run both the subs off one output, but not seeing the actual output except for the high level outs, which are to hook from the speaker wire into the amp, without using an RCA cable. But if the amp can be bridged that would help, but not sure if it will bridge. But, the best thats going to happen is both the 8 ohm loads read as a 4 ohm load to the amp,so at best your only going to get 175 watts out of it. With the subs needing 250 at least, it is not going to be long before the amp smokes... Either get a new set of subs running a dual 4-ohm coil, or get a bigger mono class D amp... Sorry but thats the truth...

I think its generally a great idea to give the evil side the better weapons, leaders, technology, etc... because it can be used to set up interesting and complex (in a good way) situations and story events that make the good side win, if that is indeed what you want to do. People root for the underdog, especially if its the good side. And because of this if you make the good side win in the end, you can think up clever ways of how the good side wins against the odds. However, if your going to make the evil side win.... uhh... dont. Having an overpowered side steamroll the opposition doesn't make for much of a story. But all in all your story sounds like it could have plently of great battle and logistical situations. Good luck

Best amplifier for sound quality for subwoofer(s)?

Lots of good choices, but some of those brands are super-expensive. Whatever you go with my 2 cents would be to make sure the amp is AB and has a 24db crossover...to me the 24db crossover has a HUGE impact on the smoothness, musicality, depth and overall enjoyability of the bass. I have a Polk Momo amp that I love, but I believe the quality of their amps have come down quite a bit in the last couple of years.

i've had a swollen tonsil for around 5 months now, the other one has been fine and have had nothing wrong with it. However the swollen one isn't sore at all and has only enlarged further once and caused pain. any ideas what this could be? i've been thinking about visiting my GP for a while but don't want to waste their time if it's nothing to worry about. Tracking on an Orion XT10?

What is the easiest and cheapest option for tracking with a telescope so big. It is probably 11 inch diameter and 5 feet tall. I wish I had saved more money for the XT10i or downsized to the XT8i, but I wanted to go big. I don't want to do hour long exposures at hubble quality or anything, just one or two minute exposures of the planets and some nebula to get some more detail.

I have never seen my mom and dad never actually show that they love each other they just sit around watch tv (on separate couches) and go to sleep (same bed). I asked her how often does she feel like this and she said lately a lot more. and then she told me how my dad had completely changed and how he used to be independent and went out and did stuff and was laid back but now he is dependent on so many people and thing and he hardly leaves the house (besides work) and is always angry. she also told me how she feels like she never had her to herself ( cuz she got married as soon as she was 18 and had a child a year later, but my dad was 21) (they no have been married for 21 years, but i don't think they care anymore and they just live with each other just because) my mom hasn't done anything for herself in a long time and has never put herself first it was always her husband and us(us being her kids) .she told me she just wants to worry bout us and i think thats why she doesn't want a divorce bcuz of us ( my brother= 20 years old but goes to school and has a job, other brother who is 18 but is mentally ill, and me= 15 years old) but i wouldn't mind if she did i just don't know what to do about my brother, but at the same timme i don't want my mom always unhappy and stressed. I have Pain in both feet?

Over the past few months ive been having issues with my feet. I have constant arch pain. Its actually worse when Im not standing. I thought it was from being on my feet all the time, I worked as a stylist. So I thought some rest would help. I havent worked for over a month. the pain has not gotten any better, but has now spread to my hips and keeps me from sleeping. Its and aching pain and tingling pain. Ive tried icing them, had plenty of foot massages, but that typically causes them to swell. Im 5ft 4 115lbs 21yrs old my feet should not hurt this bad... I recently say that you're apparently supposed to measure your penis while laying down, from the base to top with measuring tape or w/e. Dislocating my kneecap?

I have dislocated my kneecapo 2 days ago, i have now been put in a full leg brace and i have been told that i can walk on it for the next 3 weeks untill iam due back to the doctor again, There is no pain that i can feel the only thing i feel is discomfort when putting weight on it i can feel it clicking in and out i also still have alot of swelling above my knee which feels very squidgy..................how does this sound to p[eople who have had this problem and how long do i expect to be off the football field ????

Could my nose piercing be infected?

I had my nose pierced 10 weeks ago. It healed nicely, however I felt it took longer than the normal 4 weeks. I recently switched out the ring, and now the area is red. It doesn't hurt at all, and its not swollen, but there is some yellow discharge. Is this normal? Or should I get it checked out?
