My dog has been bit by another dog, infection is already started.?

My dog came back after a day and a half, and his leg is swollen, red, and slightly red on the inside of the right hind leg. The outside there is a bald spot about two-and-a-half inches and has hole ( not very deep but very black ). what should i do I have no dog medicine in my house.
