How do I know if I broke my noise?

I was playing soccer with some friends and cousins, and my cousin popped me right in the nose with his elbow. It started bleeding bad, but i got that under control. How do i know if nose is broken? I can scrunch up my noise, breath through both nostrils, and it doesn't hurt to bad just when i touch the top of it, but on a scale of 1-10 the pain is maybe a 3. But my noise does look like its way bigger and theres a decent size hump? Is that just from the swelling, what should i be worried about?
