How to raise ohm/watts/power on my amplifier by wiring options?

Looked at the stuff, and, truthfully, this is just a bad combination. But, what you do is run both the subs off one output, but not seeing the actual output except for the high level outs, which are to hook from the speaker wire into the amp, without using an RCA cable. But if the amp can be bridged that would help, but not sure if it will bridge. But, the best thats going to happen is both the 8 ohm loads read as a 4 ohm load to the amp,so at best your only going to get 175 watts out of it. With the subs needing 250 at least, it is not going to be long before the amp smokes... Either get a new set of subs running a dual 4-ohm coil, or get a bigger mono class D amp... Sorry but thats the truth...
