I shaved two days ago in my lower region and i cut myself?

the part i cut is still sore and swollen but it looks a little better then it did yesterday and the night before.. my boyfriend who has been in iraq for a year is gonna be home friday night and i kinda dont want him to see it.. what can i do to fix this before then
