I need ideas for my next anime to watch?

Try out "Naruto" (which is on the streaming with NF) and "One Piece" (regular disks). They both have some really goofy qualities, but they are also really impressive stories. "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie" is available on streaming. I'm not sure if you'd be interested, but one of my favorite anime is also on streaming, "Mushishi". Also, my favorite newer anime, "Black Butler" is available streaming.
