Will my amplifier work for my subwoofers?

So im thinking about buying a 12 inch pioneer subwoofer in my car. im not an audio expert i know nothing about this stuff so i can give only basic knowledge. So i have this amplifier, its the orion cs100.2 but i noticed its a really low power amp like i was looking at the wattage and it said like 50 watts 100 watts or something like that. I want one 12 inch subwoofer and the wattage for that one is like 300 or 400 or something like that. So do you think that this amplifier will be able to power that sub ?
